Bromic Heating Depot: Shipping & Returns
At Bromic Heating Depot, we aim to make your ordering and shipping process straightforward and efficient. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and we’ll begin processing your shipment, typically within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary between 3-10 business days depending on your location. We offer multiple shipping options, including curbside, threshold, and white-glove delivery, to best suit your needs.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm it via email and begin processing it. We’ll notify you immediately if any items are on backorder or unavailable. If your items are in stock, we’ll charge your payment method and ship your order promptly.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received, usually within 24-48 hours. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend contacting us if your order is urgent, as some items may have longer processing times.
Order Shipment
If your items are in stock, they will ship within 1-3 business days. We’ll provide you with tracking information via email within 24 hours of shipment. Most deliveries are made by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Freight, and shipping costs are included for deliveries to the lower 48 states.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options, including:
- Curbside Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your curb, where you will be responsible for moving it to your desired location.
- Threshold Delivery: Delivery to the first enclosed area of your property.
- White-Glove Delivery: Includes unpacking, debris removal, and placement within your home, with additional costs for extra stairs or multiple items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included for most orders within the continental United States. Additional fees apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 3% fee, and if the order has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you and provide an estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait, substitute for a different product, or cancel your order at no additional charge.
Receiving Merchandise
Inspect all deliveries upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours to file a claim.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours to initiate a return or exchange. Defective products are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.
